RETURNS & REFUNDS

At NimbleCo, we want every customer to be completely happy with their purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for items that:

  • Meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and original packaging).
  • Are returned within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.


Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@nimbleco.store.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for the following:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@nimbleco.store.

We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:

  • Items not in their original condition
  • Missing tags or packaging
  • Returns made after 30 days of delivery
